DO YOU NEED US TO TAKE CARE OF YOUR FLIGHT ARRANGEMENTS FOR YOU?

Many of our passengers are able to take care of their own flight arrangements using frequent flyer mileage points or other rewards. If you have sufficient points or rewards to arrange your own flights, we encourage you to do so.

If on the other hand you need us to take care of your flight arrangements for you, we will do so with pleasure. We have excellent consolidator contracts with the airlines shown below and will gladly arrange your flights for you.

Our fall EAST AFRICAN SAFARI SAVINGS promotion is available for a limited time only. The promotion applies to new reservations only generated between Thursday October 08, 2009 – Friday November 06, 2009.

This promotion may not be substituted for nor combined with any past, present or future promotions effective as of Monday October 05, 2009.

This promotion applies only to safaris that will operate in 2010 and will not apply to any 2009 safaris.

Once paid in full, your payment will be disbursed appropriately to airlines, hotels, safari lodges, and beach resorts to secure your travel arrangements.

Upon receipt of your PREPAID SAFARI TRAVEL VOUCHER, any changes or additions that you wish to make will be attended to upon receipt of a handling fee of US$250.00. This fee will apply to each and every change that you chose to make. To avoid such fees, we recommend that you reserve not only your safari arrangements but that you also reserve additional sightseeing excursions, hot air balloon flights etc. at the time that you place your initial reservation.

Once paid in full, we will process your airline ticket and send it to you electronically to enable you to attend to your in-flight seat assignments (we do not handle in-flight seat assignments) and any other in-flight requirements you might like to preplan (special in-flight catering etc.). Once you are in possession of your airline tickets, the onus is on you to reconfirm all flight services to enable you to monitor any flight schedule changes. 2AFRIKA, INC. can assume no responsibility for flight schedule changes imposed by the airlines.

‘Roots’

Our earliest roots trace back to December 1977 when our Founder & President Kenneth R. Hieber joined the tourism and hospitality industry.
