Once you have decided which of our safaris you want to reserve |

 Proceed to the Safari you wish to reserve and click on the "Reservations Book online now" button located near the top right of the safari's detail page. |
- This will take you to the Online Reservation Form for you to fill out and submit - if you simply have a question before making a reservation, feel free to contact us using our Contact Us Form

- On receipt of your completed form, we assign your Passenger Record Locater Number which will be emailed to you
|
- Between 5 and 7 business days, you will receive your Operations Document which serves as your confirmation and invoice, via email
|
- The Invoice page of your Operations Document will indicate when your deposit payment becomes due (7-days from the day you receive your Operations Document) and when your full and final payment becomes due (90-days prior to your departure date)

- Prevailing airline fuel surcharges, security taxes, passenger safety taxes and any other fluctuating charge imposed by the airlines which is beyond our control will be added to the invoice page of your Operations Document. A guideline of these mandatory taxes is available for review on our website under the section Q&A

- We are more than happy to make changes to your safari itinerary for you after it has been fully confirmed at the administrative cost of $250.00 per change
|
- If you make a reservation in under 90-days prior to your intended departure date, your full and final payment becomes due 7-days from the day you receive your Operations Document. Once we have received your full and final payment, you will be notified via email
|
- We are unable to process ANY reservation in under 45-days prior to an intended departure date
|
- Between 35 and 30 days prior to your departure date, we will ship your airline tickets via FedEx. At that time, you will receive a FedEx Tracking Number via email to enable you to track your package
|
- At the same time as your package ships, you will receive your “E”-ITINERARY as well as your "E"-VOUCHER (s)which will detail your safari arrangements
