Our Company is fueled by innovation, self-expression and diversity, and we have several opportunities for Specialized Safari Consultants based at our World Headquarters in Manhattan’s Financial District.

Entry level positions are available and extensive ‘on-the-job’ training is provided.

2AFRIKA’s Associate benefits exceed the normal standards in the Travel Industry. Fully cognoscente of the fact that Specialized Safari Consultants require ‘first-hand-experience’, the Company affords its Associates an annual ‘fully paid’ Travel Agents Familiarization Trip to Africa – 5 day’s are allocated above and beyond vacation time to each Specialized Safari Consultant to enable them to experience and learn more about the subtle African nuances neither found nor experienced elsewhere in the world.

Benefits

• Health Insurance - All Associates are invited to benefit from the Company’s elected Health Insurance provider after completing a 3 month trial period.
• Holidays – the 2AFRIKA, INC. Holiday Schedule includes 11 holidays each year.
• Profit Sharing – Commencing in 2008, profits remaining after business requirements are met are distributed among Associates as profit sharing. Profit shares are distributed when established financial goals are reached.
• Travel Accident Insurance - Whilst traveling on Company business, Associates are insured for the amount of $200,000.
• Tour Manager Participation – Frequently, 2AFRIKA, INC. launches ‘specialized safaris’ during certain Holidays E.G. Memorial Day etc. and Associates are sent along as Tour Manager to see to the needs of the Company’s valued passengers. This feature is based on a rotation schedule.
• Vacation – Associates receive vacation as follows:

N.B. These Vacation Days are in addition to the 5 day’s allocated to a Travel Agents Familiarization Trip to Africa

Environment

Working at 2AFRIKA, INC. – is not all work and no play. Our days are extremely stressful and evolutionary and Associates are expected to be proficient in multi tasking. Our office hours are from 8:30am – 5:30pm Mondays through Thursdays and 8:30am – 4:30pm on Fridays. Our offices are closed during the weekends but there is always one Associate ‘on-call’ in the unlikely event of any emergency situations which might arise. ‘On-Call’ is delegated on a rotation schedule.
